Questions

Do I need a website?

No. TwoBucket gives your business its own page at bookr.page. Share the link in your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, or a text message — or add it to a website you already have.

Can I add the form to my own website?

Yes. Copy the code from Booking page in your dashboard. Show the form inside a page, open it from a button as a pop-up, add a floating button to every page, or link any button to your TwoBucket page. It works with Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, and other site builders.

Do customers book a time slot?

No. Customers send a request with the services they want and a preferred day and time window. You confirm the price and the visit, then schedule it.

Can customers pay by card?

Yes, for US businesses. Connect your Stripe or Square account and invoices show a Pay button. The money goes to your account, and TwoBucket takes no fee. You can also mark an invoice paid for cash, Zelle or any other way.

Can I hide my prices?

Yes. Each service and add-on can show a fixed price, a starting price, a range, or no price. Customers see an estimate only when every item they choose has a price.

How do I hear about new requests?

TwoBucket emails you when a request comes in. You can also turn on text alerts for a US phone number.

Does TwoBucket work outside the US?

Yes. Pages, quotes and invoices work in 15 languages and 36 currencies. Card payments through TwoBucket and texts to customers are for the US.

What happens after the free trial?

After 7 days, a Plus subscription is required to accept new requests and save changes. Your existing requests stay available.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
